An accident has occurred involving an unidentified man who was shot in the chest during a drive-by incident in San Antonio, Texas.
The incident took place in the early hours of April 28, 2026, near a Taco Bell on Perrin Beitel Road, close to Naco Perrin Boulevard. According to police, the man and a woman had been in the area before the shooting occurred.
Authorities report that a dark-colored SUV drove past them, and someone inside the vehicle fired a shot, striking the man on the right side of his chest.
The woman who was with him called for help immediately after the incident. The suspect vehicle fled the scene toward Wurzbach Parkway.
The victim was transported to a nearby hospital, where he is reported to be in stable condition.
Police have launched an investigation into the incident, and efforts are ongoing to identify those responsible.
